Return Policy

At The Disc Golf Consignment Super Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right, here’s how our 7-day return policy works:

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Item must be in the same condition as received (unused, no additional wear or damage).
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories (if applicable) must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exceptions 

  • Consignment items are final sale unless the item was misrepresented in description or condition. 
  • Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
  • Clearance or “as-is” marked items are not eligible for return.

Process

  1. Contact us at [support email/phone] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us (buyer pays return shipping unless the item was misrepresented or defective).
  4. Once inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  5. If applicable provide photo proof of damage or misrepresentation of item returning 

Notes

  • If returning due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, wrong condition, or defect), we’ll cover shipping costs. 
  • Store credit may be offered for eligible consignment items. Instead of warranty please add “Subscribe Here – News letters, Promotions, Discounts”. They will be subscribing for promotional details and discounts
